Two Republican Wisconsin lawmakers introduced a bill that would change the states drinking age to 19. Would you be in favor of lowering the drinking age to 19 at the federal level?

Bring it to 18. Or allow people in the military to drink. Its stupid that you csn die for the nation but not drink a beer.

in my option there should be no drinking age - the taboo of alcohol contributes to young adults binge drinking and abuse - far better for parents to slowly teach responsible use over time rather than flip the switch all at once.

Parents are allowed to teach their own kids this in their own homes still, I believe. Depends on what state.

yes, i agree but does depend on state - but should be allowed anywhere, IMO

You hear about college frat and sorority kids getting alcohol poisoning on the news a lot. A sorority girl died last year on our local campus. Not sure lowering the age is a smart thing to do.

if all that happened how effective is the current drinking age?

Only if they move the driving age too. 18 drinking age. 21 driving age. Good thing I'm not in there. Teens would hate me 😂
