People who are accused of sexual crimes should be considered guilty until proven innocent.

In a court of law, no.

In a court of public opinion you should weigh each case at a time

Whoever voted “No”, I’m accusing you of a sex crime (unrelated to this poll, of course). Now you need to turn yourself in because I accused you.

(clarification) Whoever said “Agree”, I hereby accuse you of a sexual crime.

Not in a court of law, no.

Most of it depends on you political leaning. If the accused is a democrat the the repubs say hang em. If it’s a repub then the dems say hang em.

Remember went Clinton had a horrid past of abusing women and the left let it slide?

I do remember. Clinton was impeached for lying about sexual abuse. Trump has lied about it after being caught on tape bragging about it.

Clinton was impeached for perjury to a federal judge. He was fined $60k and lost his lawyers license.

That’s not how it works.

No, but we have to acknowledge that it's hard to prove or disprove allegations of sexual abuse. It's often one word against another.

That's not how justice works. If this were the case then I can just go around saying people raped me and they'd be arrested.

I dunno. When you have ten people accusing you I'm inclined to believe them.

Very hilarious indeed. Apparently nobody told bower that the people executed during the Salem witch trials and the Spanish Inquisition had multiple accusers too. I guess she must think all those folks were guilty too. 😂

In a legal sense, obviously not. In a social sense it's fuzzier. The burden of proof is less strict in that case. You deserve at least the side eye until the matter is cleared up. And when the conclusion is, "well, it's clear you did it, but the statute of limitations says we can't prosecute," or "the accusers all recanted, but there's suddenly and inexplicably five million dollars in their bank accounts," society is correct to treat you like a criminal.

In Roy Moore’s case I totally believe it! But I’m entitled to my opinion.

Of course not. The accusers have a right to be heard and to be taken seriously, but their accusation has to be proven true just like any other.

Definitely not. Although I'm sure the majority of those accused of sexual crimes are, in fact, guilty, there are too many false accusations.

I agree, but only for accusations made 40 years later right when the accused is about to win a Senate race. That doesn't look suspicious at all...🙄🙄🙄
