Now that I’ve had the time (I’m busy running SOH and organizing our next antifa luncheon) to analyze his polls and comments, I concur that this most definitely is pollcaster.

I don't know that it *is* Pollcaster. And I don't ban users anyway - that is, only SOH staff can do that, and I'm not one of them.

Any user can use the report button to report polls or comments that they feel violate SOH rules, though.
