Hell yeah. I’d risk my life for space exploration in any way. I’ve always said I would be willing to put my life on the line for knowledge of space just so that my own curiosity would be satisfied.

If I can get a guarantee that I can get to mars, then yes. I don't care if I die as long as I get to experience being on another planet.

Not until I’m older. When I’m 50-60 years old, and if I’m reasonably healthy enough to be useful, I’d be glad to help advance mankind in that way.

I’ve often thought of this question on the assumption of only about 2% chance of returning alive and always end up just slightly on the “no” side of that exercise. Increasing my odds to 50%, I would certainly go.

“...only”? Actually, I think a 50% chance of returning alive from a trip (mission?) to Mars, is a GREAT percentage! But no, just plant me in an interactive seat, put a VR headset on me, and push “Start”!

It depends on the type of death, but I think I would go. I would rather die in an explosion that suffocating due to lack of oxygen, though. Let that be known.
