My school actually had something called a junior-senior banquet instead of prom. One year I had a date; the other year I chose not to have one.

I only went to one dance in high school (sophomore year homecoming) and I ended up taking a girl I barely knew. Bad experience.

Yes, two. I went to two different proms at different schools. I rocked when I was young. Girls loved me. But. Now I'm old and only my wife loves me. And it's good.

No bc I graduated in Germany.
We had a "prom" sort of, a celebration where the best students were named and given a book prize (I was valedictorian), then food, drink, music, some dancing, and teachers playing funny sitcom sketches. Nobody had a "prom date".
