There's a significant chance that if you have a 401k, IRA, or own any mutual funds, that you have interest in a Russian corporation. Does this mean that you are colliding with Russia?

Mine has a special fund for 'Foreign Investments', and the rest invest only in American companies. Needless to say, I have 0% of my money invested in the Foreign fund.

For the sake of argument, it isn't colluding if you have no knowledge or choice in the matter.

If I had the power to give Russians control of our uranium, then that’d be collusion. As a passive investor, it is not collusion.
