Justice BertGoldberg (R-NY) proposes Active Enforcement Act
Bill fails @BertGoldberg
Sure, I have no problem with a strong speaker.
Wondering why people are voting no, this has been the general rule of thumb for awhile and now it puts it on the book with requirements
Yet another reason we should consider voting on SurveyMonkey.
It may be because you’re the sponsor. Lol
Active Enforcement Act:
1. The speaker will be able to ban bot/troll accounts autonomously.
2. The speaker is required to report every banned account with a date on the public ban list.
3. The speaker is required to document every confirmed report of a bot account by screenshot and alert the FBI director when an account is being banned.
4. Deliberate violation of these rules may result in an immediate trial for impeachment, terms below.
Failure to update ban list - 3 documented direct mentions via comment/pm from uses.
Failure to alert FBI - 2 documented direct mentions via comment/pm
Failure to document - 3 documented direct mentions via comment/pm
2 or more outstanding offenses at once will result in an immediate trial for impeachment
"Terms are subject to change upon review"
That part must have gotten cut out when they copy pasted it
That part was not part of the bill in the docket, but consider it part of it now.
