It is get fit Monday! How are you doing? I finally put the brakes on a high carb diet. So I am losing a little. Yet again. How are you doing?
At the start of this school year (I’m a first-year in college), I decided hat I was finally going to focus on my physique. Through healthy eating and daily exercise, I am finally starting to see results! Not only the expected loss of weight and gain of muscle, but I’m feeling happier and more energetic than I have in several years. An active life is the best to lead, I’ve learned.

This morning, I lost my footing on a hill top. Fortunately I pay for top notch incidental insurance, which covered most the damage incurred by the quaint village below. On the bright side, I was able to serve as a life raft for the survivors until first responders arrived. #winning
Well I got a huge nestle crunch bar today....that wasn’t good for me
But it sure taste good that was one of my favorite treats when I was in high school.
I’m doing just a little bit better. Back to counting calories.
Meh. I walk a lot. And stay active. Eat healthy. But I've been on a rum kick lately. Myers dark rum 👍😎
I even pour it over ice cream. lol
