Is deliberately disobeying an unjust law a justified means of protesting that law?
Moral does not always mean legal
Depends on the law, I don't think killing someone is a good way of protesting the law against murder.
Although I'm sure someone could make an argument for that law being "unjust", I'd say it's pretty justified.
Breaking that law isn't going to make the government suddenly go: "oh no! What? Our law is making people go to jail? Oh I guess we'd better repeal it then!"
They made the law to get more income through fines or other means, they don't care if you go to jail
Yes, but be prepared to go to jail doing it.
