The version I read said that Rand has minor injury and the other person was at Rands’ house and known to Rand.
There was nothing mentioned about any motive for the attack. Maybe Rand spouted off and got punched in the nose. Or maybe the other guy spouted off and Rand’s response engendered a punch. Who knows what happened?
Would you want to live next to a well-known personage that is followed everywhere by paparazzi?
