Show of Hands

I compiled violent crime data (2006-2016) for AZ and TX from the FBI and State agencies. I found about a 9% difference for AZ (FBI reporting 9% higher for AZ than AZ reported for itself). Texas was only about 1%. Which stats would you trust more?
