Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) criticized the Sandy relief bill because it was mostly pork-barrel spending, a move that Gov. Chris Christie (R-NJ) called hypocritical since Cruz backed Harvey aid. Since no pork-barrel spending has been proposed, who's right?
