Have you ever visited someone in prison?
"Italian heritage"? Geez... You make all Italians cringe with the stigma. Thanks for that.
For ladies night!
I don't know anyone who was/is in prison.
This man is a hero!!! Those geese are horrible. Its like a carpet bomb of poop.
If a flock of them are in the sidewalk do NOT try and ride your bike through them. They will attack and chase you until you die!
Yeah, in Cops and Robbers.
Only when playing Monopoly.
Does a foreign prison count?
Yes, I have.
Ok tony soprano.
Perhaps the people in your life are not as perfect as you. I pray they will improve their ways. Maybe then you will give forgiveness....?
My daughter does draw on the backs of blueprints for correctional facilities around the country. It could totally be...
This one time I helped my friend escape from prison during an intense game of tag. Ahh elementary school memories.
My dad worked for the sheriff's department & ran the county jail when I was young, so I was there A LOT & Yes, I interacted with many prisoners. I have also been on multiple class tours of the same jail as an adult. I did also once visit someone who was awaiting a bail hearing.
Prison is state or federal incarceration, but jail is city or county incarceration.
All my cousins and Uncles... They are all innocent ya know... Who knew you had to be a bank to lend money.. and that Gambling charge is just because of our Italian heritage... :)
What's the difference?
No - he was slightly retarded and a kleptomaniac.
Prison no, county lock up yes. It was for work, though, not someone I knew.
Please. People think highly of Texas and most Texans. Not everyone...but most.
Strictly a joke. My mother is 89 and still active in her Baptist church. I didn't mean to dishonor her but I knew everybody thinks all of us Texans are rednecks with mothers in Prisons....
There are a lot of things we can forgive people for. That is not one of them.
If that was a joke, it was a home run. If it's not....uh....
Every Mother's Day
Sounds like the setting for the show Prison Break
I need to.
Thanks for the info, Ksterk :)
Just an FYI. Jail is for sentences less than one year. Prison is for sentences over one year.
Lol @ dust bunny.
That made me snort/laugh.
You've never broken a law?
When I practiced law I visited a few different clients in prison. Then I switched careers. :)
My step father... Multiple times when I was 3-7
@acavemand- it's not just a country song. It's the Best Country Song Ever.
It's the best beer-drinkin', bottle-wavin', singing-as-loud-as-you-can country song ever!
Probably about 10 of my graduating class ended up going there for real (tough school).
I told him it was not the perfect country & western song because he hadn't said anything about mama,
or gettin' drunk...
Numerous times, two uncles. One uncle who was in prison for many years for his heroine addiction. He FINALLY straightened out. Another uncle, imprisoned for life, for murder. Love 'em both.
Praet - a joke, right?
A country song eh? Hmmm... Is it about loving someone who doesn't love you back, someone dying, the beauty of the ranches, or beer?
Quin - that's how you get around soliciting a prostitute! Lol
Good for you!
Common sense ... among dealers, apparently. I definitely don't spend time thinking about how not to get caught selling drugs. :)
But you don't deal to people you don't know, or you have someone else run it for you!
ROTFLMAO! all u have to do is ask them if theyre a cop first! right? right!
You're not a very good dealer if you don't know you're customers!!!
How about if you're selling drugs you're an idiot!
I said yes, but it was really jail, not prison.
Yes if you count a class trip in college. Visited the Muslim prisoners group @ Greenhaven in upstate NY. They cooked for us & we spent the day getting to know why they had been locked up, what changes they were making in their lives & their recommendations for preventing youth from going that route.
