A bathroom, w/ 4 toilets & 4 sinks was built in a park in NYC. Price tag? $2 mil. NYC is unapologetic about their $2 mil toilet. The Parks Dept even put out a statement saying, "Our current estimate to build a bathroom station is $3 mil."
