The plan to repeal Obamacare without a replacement has died in the Senate with Susan Collins (R-ME), Lisa Murkowski (R-AK) and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) opposing it. Should Republicans move on from healthcare or work with Democrats to fix the ACA?
