Do you think it is Constitutional for Congress to legislate away its powers and responsibilities to the other branches of the federal government?

I don't care. The legislature is completely incompetent and should be done away with.

Article I § 1:

"All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives."

Nope, I don't see any delegating powers here....

... worse - which they do every freaking day - legislate their power & authority away to unelected agencies which are unanswerable to the People, apparently cannot & most often are not fired or penalized or prosecuted regardless what they do or don't do... they are just transferred to a different agency or retire with full benefits.

It is regularly explained that "this is the way our government operates." But no one can demonstrate where, in the Constitution, this is stated to be the functional construction of of our government.

Which they can't because it *isn't* how our carefully defined *limited* Federal government was designed which *stopped* at the Executive (POTUS), two Houses of Congress and the Supreme Court.
