Did you ever have or play with a chemistry set?
I loved my chemistry set!
Made my own!
That did not go well with my mom or the carpeting. 😨
My favorite chemistry is the chemical reaction when I cook. Especially chocolate sugar and heat. That's called fudge. Sugar, or sugar substitute, egg whites, air, low heat meringue.
Chemistry is literally the worst subject I have ever taken.
Why? I'm a chem e.
Never had an actual chemistry set, but some of the stuff at work almost counts
I would imagine. Do you have work other than farming?
I'm a full time college student
Alot of it is based on "Models" that sort of explain things, and when they don't they just make up a new "Model" that sort of explains the issue. My Chemistry professor gave me my favorite quote Though. He asked the class how a certain reaction was created. A student was randomly selected, he had no idea what the answer was so he simply responded "Magic?" And then the greatest thing was said by the professor. "Well there isn't much of a difference between chemistry and magic."
What is your major?
Would love that. I've been offered sales jobs all over the place.
Yes! I loved it!
I did. It was the coolest! Oddly, my favorite part of it, and the thing I learned the most useful lesson from, was a tube and nozzle that allowed blowing a tight stream of air through the alcohol burner flame, getting the fire hot enough to easily bend glass.
My cousin had one and I loved it when we played together. I got one for my son also.
Testing chemical flame colors
Rotten egg. I remember
Place container in dorm elevator
Hit all buttons to the top floor
Walk away looking innocent while holding breath.
