Yeah I'm usually done in less then 15 minutes.

One of my former bosses would eat his lunch in about 5 minutes

My Grandma would chew and take her time. People would be done and doing something else and she would still be eating long after. She said she loved to savor her food. She weighed around 100 pounds and probably lost more weight chewing than taking in calories.

Nope. I like to take the time to enjoy my food.

This last week I have. Normally no. I've gone back to food therapy for pain. Working on not falling into that habit again.

Prefer to schedule eats by for relaxed times. Otherwise I select a nutritious fruit drink and work.

What's your favorite nutritious fruit drink?

When on a work break, sometimes. When not working I am pretty slow.

Only during the school year since I have less than 20 minutes to eat lunch.

Two of the best things about no loner being a public school teacher- I can go to the bathroom whenever I want, and I can eat at leisure.

The first year I didn't teach in a school I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. Now, I can't imagine how I put up with the crappy schedule.

I only have four more years until retirement. I can't wait to not be ruled by a bell! 😁

Same here... 20 min lunch when teaching. I've developed a really bad habit when eating in the real world. :)

Sometimes, especially during a college semester.
