Show of Hands

Inspired by @MrMilkdud Larry and Bob don't get along, and are both guilty. One person constantly harps on Larry for being guilty non-stop. He never mentions that Bob is guilty. Is it irresponsible to say to him: "Yes Larry is guilty, but so is Bob"?
