Muslim Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, said that terror attacks are "part and parcel of living in a big city". Given that Tokyo has had NO ISLAMIC TERROR ATTACKS, does that mean that the 13.6 million people that live in Tokyo aren't in a "big city"?
