Have you ever got caught in a torrential rainstorm while hiking in a forest?
I don't remember it. I spent a lot of time playing in the woods in my childhood, so it's very possible.
Often. If you don't like getting rained on around here, you are limited to going out just in the miserable (hot/dry) season. As long as it isn't sidewards rain, which it almost never is here, you get to where being wet is just part of being outside.
Not a really a forest, but a mountain in Big Sky. Heavy rain and hail.
Sorta - midwinter GS camping trip we got a couple of feet of snow .. and we were in lean-tos. .
No. But I have in the city. We were at the aquarium, outside playing at a game booth. We actually hopped up on the game booth counter to wait it out under the awning, while lightning struck all around us. I have never been more soaked.

Next time you go, take me along?
Of course 😍
Yes, about 5-6 years. Me and my friend underestimated the weather conditions and went to hike in a park. We got soaked when the rain came. We were laughing at that later on.
