no one approves of congress as a whole but incumbents keep getting elected. people want movement and then elect hard line ideologues and are shocked when no one compromises. we get exactly what we deserve from congress.

Congress is disappointing. When the party in power can't agree among themselves, that tells me too many of the wrong factions of that party are in power.

No. The senate needs to remove the filibuster altogether and let democracy decide the outcomes.
