The Clinton Foundation accepted $25M from Saudi donors. Ivanka's charity accepted $100M from Saudi and UAE donors. Do you approve of these charities accepting donations from Middle Eastern donors with poor records on women's rights?

When 15 of the 19 hijackers in 9/11 were Saudis, I have a problem with it. Politicians and republicans especially, are always screaming NEVER FORGET . Well I just know they did forget.

When you look at money that could be spent for good then it's just money.

According to feminist theory, these donations are just part of the patriarchy and Ivanka Trump is figuratively a man because she does not actually stand up for women.

If the money goes to a good cause, does it really matter where the money comes from? I say no, as long as folks still hold their feet to the fire for their shortcomings, and don't let the donations cover them up....

If I ran a charity I would accept a donation from the devil himself. The money can be put to good use to help women's rights. To refuse it would be foolish.

It wasn't a Melania's charity so the comparison isn't valid

This donation towards women entrepreneurs shows a step in the right direction for the Saudis

Charities can take money from anyone. There should be zero strings attached to an charity money, so no issue

I have no problem with strings. If I ever become a rich philanthropist I may well make donations with conditions on how the money is spent.

Yes, the condition can be that the money is spent on the cause and not just admin costs

Not because of women's rights, but I do oppose both countries accepting donations.

Charities and foundations that are independently monitored? Yes

Sham foundations, like the Trump Foundation that has been shown to misuse funds for Donald? No way in Hell.

It isn't an Ivanka charity.
From the Wall Street Journal:
"Saudi Arabia, U.A.E. Pledge $100 Million to World Bank’s Women Entrepreneurs Fund
Donation announced at event with Ivanka Trump, an advocate for businesswomen who proposed the fund

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia—The World Bank announced Sunday at an event with Ivanka Trump, the U.S. president’s daughter and senior White House adviser, that Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates have pledged a combined $100 million to a fund that will assist women entrepreneurs and small business owners."

The fund’s money will be controlled by World Bank, not Ivanka.

Would it be ok to accept money from a cartel?

This is the same thing.
