This poses a problem. If I know every little belief and statement all the candidates, and make an extremely educated and evidence based decision, why should that vote be worth exactly the same as the guy who picked the candidate with the cool name?
Ignorant people's vote shouldn't be worth as much as educated people. Not saying that if you happen to believe in something that may not be in your best interest your vote shouldn't count as much. But just that you know what it is you're voting for.
If someone has weighed all the possible stances and knows exactly what it is he is voting for, that vote should always count more than the voter who bubbled in the candidate next to "that guy who made that joke on Ellen."
