Yes, but that's not the only place where rights are capable of ending.

The supreme court has established multiple times that rights are not free from reasonable restriction

A very limited subset of rights are within the purview of the Supreme Court. Namely, civil and legal rights.

I agree with the statement, but some people seem to be poor judges of when their freedoms infringe on others' rights.
