Would you vote for Dwayne Johnson if he ran for president in the 2020 republican primaries?

I'd have to see his policies he advocates for, but I assume it would be better than Trump

No. It's possible I'd eventually vote for him in a future election though if in the meantime he gave up acting and became a senator, governor, or congressman and did a good job. Or if he did exceptionally well at something else that would prepare him (ie business). Then I might consider it if I agreed with his policies.

One of the best presidents ever was a former actor, so Johnson being an entertainer does not automatically disqualify him in my mind. But only if he gets applicable experience first and does a quality job doing so, like Reagan did. I don't think Johnson has time to do this before 2020 though, so no I wouldn't vote for him in 2020.

Id be willing to give him a try and a listen.

We don't know any of his policies and the last thing we need is another governator

I have no idea what his policies are, so why in the world would I blindly vote for him?

Not without hearing his platform and beliefs. If he's conservative / libertarian enough, then I'm down.

No, I'd vote for Trump in that case.

I've never voted for a republican candidate in my life. I highly doubt it. I would have to see his stand on policies. I am not a fan of a corrupt two party system.

Honestly, the Republican side should find a really good female candidate.

DJT has managed a large company with more than 20,000 people, and made it profitable for over 40 years. He has kept his people viably employed. He has an exemplary work ethic. Dwayne Johnson has scruples and is willing to work hard; however, he needs to demonstrate his capability in a lesser job first.

I don't know much about what he believes in, but he's actually a cool and funny guy unlike all the politicians that will run, so sure!
