Should voting be a right or a privilege? (Regardless of the fact that voting is currently a right because of the 15th(?) Amendment)
It is the right of a citizen of adult age.
As a right, it is unconstitutional to deny felons, out of prison, the Right to vote.
(Suspending the right while incarcerated is fine, because they are, at that time, the responsibility of the state, not themselves.)
