Do you have or are you going to get a "fidget spinner"?

No, because I'm not in middle school.

There are a bunch of those laying around the printer testing area at work. I could easily pick up 5 of them from there and no one would notice if I wanted, but I don't see the point.

Yes, I love mine. I also have several precision-balanced metal spinning tops, made by foreverspin.com . I highly recommend them!

I'm generally not. I got my spinner before they became a craze. I happened to seem an ad on Facebook a couple months ago and responded immediately. I found out about the tops from an Internet pop-up ad. It's just amazing to hold a pure magnesium top in one hand and a stainless steel one in the other. They have different weights all the way up to tungsten, but I can't afford a tungsten one. They have tops in copper, brass, bronze, aluminum, cast iron, zirconium - even Damascus steel! And they make a special 4-inch diameter circular base to spin the tops on. It has an ultra-smooth surface. You should check them out! 😃

No. If I need to fidget - probably not for the same sensory-occupying self-soothing need that a fidget thingie fulfills, but my own somewhat similar need - I just play 3 games of Klondike solitaire or Domino Drop. I have some rules I follow to allow more games, so I don't spend all day at it. If I go beyond what my rules allow, I figure I *really* needed the extra time with the game, and screw the rules. Especially since I'm the one who made them.

I bought some fidget cubes to spread around work. Everyone uses them. I keep two at my desk for when I meet with people.
