What best describes morality?
Is there a difference between morality and ethics? I think there is. Morality doesn't really exist because it is just our interpretation of what we think GOD thinks. Ethics is the actual actions (haha redundancy) taken in any given human interaction. Drumpf is the most unethical person I have ever been aware of.
Objective Morality would have to have every human culture agree that something is moral/immoral.
Morality is purely subjective.
That makes no sense. Objective morality implies there is a standard regardless of what you believe.
Who sets the standard then?
Do not say some fictional divinity.
I am not interested in arguing for objective morality, Im simply explaining what it is.
Still...objective morality in that form cannot exist as their is no non-human external force perpetuating a moral standard that can be proven to exist with science. Humans create their own morality. Its purely subjective.
