Do you brush your teeth at least twice a day, every day?

Yep! Usually more. I have braces and typically feel/look gross after eating so brush if I can. Its paying off apparently! I have weak teeth since ive got ehlers danlos but no cavities since getting braces on!

I think with braces it's a given after eating.

Im surprised its not for everyone! Like sure it sounds annoying, but reality is food gets caught in the braces almost every meal. That shit is soo nasty, I get distressed if I cant brush or use those little thin brushes you slip under the wire to dislodge shit.

My dentist said it would be ideal to brush after eating but he is happy if patients brush twice a day.

No. I confess that sometimes I miss my evening brushing.

I know it's important, though, so it's on my check-list of daily goals, to help remind me to do it.

I have been working on training my two autistic clients to brush and we use a waterpick to floss. I can tell that Mom never helps them when I'm not there and it's frustrating. How Can she expect good results at the dentist if I only help them 3 days a week? Grrrr
