Would you feel more or less safe driving on the road knowing most cars around you are self-driving cars?

Driverless cars are going to be great. No more drunk drivers. No more texting deaths. No more insane speeders. No more old farts driving 10 mph under the speed limit.

I'm a passenger now. I hope i can drive one. Yeah right. People can't drive now. They're drunk or distracted, drive like idiots in parking lots, texting or jacking off, most of the time I'm glad I don't drive. I don't want to put my life in my hands because of these idiots

I wouldn't really care. If they keep right except to pass, I'd feel much safer, though.

Florida traffic is a mix of people driving with different sets of rules. Slow seniors mixed with tourists and immigrants bringing driving habits from everywhere, and impatient young people in a hurry trying to speed through everyone else. Self driving cars for everyone would be much safer.

I think if they've passed all the safety tests, then a self driving car would probably be vastly more safe than a human driver.

Safer. Drivers are idiots that don't pay attention.

People drive drunk, people fall asleep, people make mistakes, people text and drive.
Computers don't.

As a motorist, safer. As a cyclist...not sure yet
