Police officers can use lies/deception to get you to agree to a search that you have the full legal right to refuse. We might prevent this abuse of power by requiring the police to use written consent forms.
Don't do anything to get pulled over & you won't have an issue.
The issue I see with that is that they will be "coerced" or "highly encouraged" to sign the forms.
English only forms or in the native language of the suspect?
