There is a simple fix for all the problems people are ranting and raving about. FOLLOW THE LAW. It's not hard, if we follow existing law everything works out. The problems come when people like Eric holder and James Comey decide to start writing their own laws and interpreting ones. For example, Comey came up with his own interpretation of US statutory law when he cleared Hillary Clinton. The law says nothing about "intent" being necessary to bring charges. By simply following existing law southern-border illegal crossings are down ~70%.

The criminal justice system is broken on many levels. Reform is needed, but with Sessions shooting his mouth off, we may have to wait 4 yrs for the chance unless people start acting (and many have) at the local level. Call it trickle up justice?

Yes, but we need huge reforms ASAP. Like banning bail if the defendant can't pay and is nonviolent, and increasing the number of public defendants drastically as well as actually prosecuting rich people.

No, it's designed to target the working class.

There is no court system anymore. Mandatory minimum sentences are too high and based on current trends, half the US population will be in prison/jail/probation in some years from now.
You hear the current prison population, but what about probation? We could easily have most Americans effectively under government control without anyone noticing.

If the court system counts, no.
Due to people getting charged with chickenshit like drinking in public, there's a backlog and no speedy trials and overfilled jails.

Our legal system is not perfect. Compounding, there are people in the system who put their personal agenda above the best interest of the country. President Trump is still in the process of draining the swamp.

It is highly politicized and rampant with judicial over reach.

It's time for (((Ginsburg))), (((Kagan))), and Sotomayor to be removed from power.

Thank you. The Judiciary is infested with Jews.

Nope. Activist judges have made it far too political.
