I have a 2 yr old grandson. He is a VACTRL baby. He has had over 10 surgeries. His last one, in about 2 yrs will leave 1/2 of his heart doing all of the work. Life expectancy 40-50 yrs. Without care/insurance he would die. Let him die? Or live?
