Bob is diagnosed with a non life threatening condition by Dr Jones, who recommends an elective surgical solution. Dr Smith, the surgeon, disagrees with Dr Jones, and refuses to do the surgery. Bob sues Dr Smith to force him to operate. Pick a side.
