Show of Hands

Man serving a 50yrs for a nonviolent crime. He's 69, he will be 102 when he's released. Furthermore, he's crippled & in a wheelchair. His medical bills cost taxpayers thousands of $ above & beyond the regular cost of incarceration. And for what?
