Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) criticized President Trump and Secy. of State Rex Tillerson for their policy on Syria, saying that Assad, Russia, and Iran are all encouraged by the Trump administration's unwillingness to arm the Free Syrian Army. Thoughts?
