Comet 41P/Tuttle-Giacobini-Kresák will be passing close to earth in the far northern sky, meaning stargazers in the Northern Hemisphere can see it tonight. At 9 p.m. ET near the handle of the Big Dipper, which is part of the Ursa Major constellation.
