We have ID.ed a fake account @1NobleBeast1. According to comments, he was able to troll @RealPollcaster by appearing as @UserRight2. @R.P. trashed the @U.R.2 account. The name was changed back to @1N.B1 leaving @R.P looking like a belligerent jerk.
