In TN, it is a class B misdemeanor (max <6 months in jail and a fine of < $500) to hire a prostitute but it is a Class A misdemeanor (max <1 year in jail and a fine of <$2,500) to hire the same prostitute within 100 feet of a church. Fair difference?
