DEBATE: do you think the candidates get nervous before debates?
Romney was very nervous. He was sweating and gesticulating. He was very nervous and uncomfortable.
No, they successfully made their liquid metal battery. They don't think they have started making money yet, since they probably haven't started selling them yet.
I think they may get nervous but they're also used to public speaking so perhaps not a much as you or I.
of course they do. they're only human..Romney looked tired, and Obama looked refreshed..yup
They have a lot of steak they would be foolish not to be nervous.
All but Biden who can't feel anything
Romney too. Both are human.
I'd be nervous, too!
I would say the opposite. If they do not take this seriously enough to be nervous, they should not be president.
How could they not get nervous?
Having your job interview televised and having every little detail scrutinized has got to be nerve wracking.
It was a joke, because you know, Romney is a robot, and by the way you responded so are you!
I would be disappointed if they didn't. They are still humans...
Doesn't Obama have a battery company he "helped" in the stimulus... 249 million bucks and they're on the verge of bankruptcy.
Duh, of course!
Do athletes get nervous before the World Series or Super Bowl? I'm sure they get nervous, they are human. It just doesn't show because just like pro athletes, they practice and practice.
They are still humans. No greater made than you or me.
Romney's lapel flag is bigger than Obamas. Does that mean he is more patriotic?
Romney is nervous his battery might die
They get off on this. They prepare until they cant see straight they arent nervous
Unlikely for veteran politicians. Think about it, after so many years at your job, do you get nervous?
Yup - Romney. It shows...!
America only has 42 friends? What a sucky Facebook Page!
Not sure Obama has enough sense to be nervous
Yes, a little nerves sharpens your mind, ready for combat!
That sounds better
They are human
It's their job to look strong so that their people are proud to represent them, but no man or woman is devoid of nervousness.
Of course. Their futures and the future of America is at stake. That would make anyone nervous.
I voted yes - but I'm not sure nervous is the right word. It's more like butterflies
I would think they wouldn't, if a debate makes you nervous, you shouldn't be the president.
With this kind of thing you should be worried if your not nervous.
Well of course. They are humans too. The whole nation is watching and criticizing them.
At SOME point before the debates, yes. Obviously not Obama for the first debate.
They should be
Only one of them
They'd be crazy not to.
How can you not???
