Have you ever heard of Christian apologetics?
Ken Ham rocks...
What if I told you the creation museum is literally 10 minutes away from my house?
I'd ask you if you wanted a house guest next time I get out that way! :)
Please be my guest :) . Btw I heard they're installing a zip line. Its becoming my new favorite place.
Man, you live near a gold mine! I'd give a toe to be able to oick Ham's brain now and then and just wander around the museum of truth.
Hey, apologists are what we need more of on SoH. There are some real champs that follow me and that I follow...
but there are always those self-appointed "expert" atheists who want to try to make Christians look like idiots. I wish we had some sort of tag-team e-mail network to get a hold of each other when things get hairy in a debate. I think we should be
constantly studying to improve our arsenal of Truth. I'm re-reading Strobel's The Case for a Creator right now - I downloaded it into my iPod's Kindle app for easy reference. Thoughts?
Sounds like a plan!
I'm at gmail.
Organization sounds great! I'd be honored to help in any way possible.
Shoot me e-mails & I will get a listserv set up for offline coordination.
e-mail sent. Thanks!
@rightway101 - shoot me an e-mail -- I've got the listserv set up. Anyone else who wants in on an ongoing discussion of apologetics, same... firstname.lastname@example.org
It's basically the idea that faith and reason aren't mutually exclusive, but can be brought together to explain the world.
And @athiest I'm not trying to start a debate, I'm just trying to get the idea out there :)
