Would you support making duels legal in Stand Your Ground states if the state wants it?

Only if there is a requirement in the law that the only way to initiate the duel is for the challenger to slap the challengee in the face with a white kid glove. (Side benefit: huge boom for the white kid glove industry!)

How far would we be from gladiatorial events if dueling was legalized?

This is touchy for me. I'm a libertarian and Im all for legalizing drugs and letting people do whatever they want to themselves as long as they don't harm another, but there is a side of me that is against this. We cant just let people kill 1 another

Haha, very true. But just cause I'm a commie, doesn't mean I'm not a good shot too.

Socialist liberal here. I also happen to be a nationally certified rifle instructor.

Talk about a rude awakening for anyone who challenged me.

As long as its not a mandatory thing. I dont want to force one party into it because the other challenges them.

No, I'm talking voluntary. Im asking if two party agree then should they be allowed to shoot at each at an agreed distance resulting in the man alive standing his ground.

there are many laws that are was more ignorant. It a state voted it in, then let them shoot it out if they want.
