What is your usual go to for a snack?
Trail mix with a minimum of 5 grams of protein - that's what I live on

Potato chips (baked, fried, popped, whatever...).
It depends on how hungry I am, and how long I'll be waiting until my next meal. Corn chips, Cheetos, Boston Baked Beans (the candy coated peanuts), cheese, an Eskimo Pie, cookies, fried pork skins, peanut butter crackers. Basically whatever I find.
Honeynut Cheerios, BBQ chips, chocolate covered graham crackers...all within arms reach!
A peach, nectarine, plum, banana, non-fat yogurt, almonds, walnuts, and more, are all snacks to me.
Safe to say you'll outlive me by 30 years minimum Comppete.
All are delicious . Except bananas. Those are like beer, I have to be in the specific mood to eat them otherwise they're disgusting.
Unless you freeze them, chop them up, cover in heavy cream and cinnamon sugar. But that kinda takes the healthy out of it...
Half an ounce of almonds. A small serving of fruit. In the evening, a very small piece of dark chocolate.

I don't keep much food in the house to prevent me from snacking. What I do keep in more often healthy. Though I do get a junk food hankering every so often.
Hmmmmo my go to might be raw almonds during the day. At night I cave like a cheap suitcase...I dighite cheddar Cheetos I dig right now.

Btw, have u even tried the white cheddar? I don't like regular Cheetos but me luvs the WC. I don't buy often BC I will eat the entire GD bag....forgot to mention the occasional Krispy Kreme....gotta represent being in the Carolina's and all.

Fineeee. Usually when I snack it involves almonds, fruit or yogurt. I just wish I could substitute caffeine beverages for all meals & snacks.

Mine craves watermelon and buttered bread most often. Mixed on healthy. Had to buy chips Friday though, it was about impossible to not eat them. Literally couldn't concentrate at work haha
Usually it's junk food but I really have to get back into eating healthy. I weigh more than I have in six years. So it's back to Atkins again. I keep on saying this I need to really start to stick with it.

Everybody does, but I definitely go in patterns. I will eat something alot, but then I will get tired of it and not eat it again for awhile.
My usual is junk but recently I decided to get my crap together so I can feel better about myself. I'm obsessed with my weight to the point where it controls every part of my life and its gotten scary. So instead of random junk my usuals are
Apples, celery, carrots, yogurt, almonds and raisins.
I started about 5 or 6 days ago so it's not like I've been at it very long but I'm hopeful.
You can do it :) If you totally cut the crap out, you'lll learn to especially love the healthy
