If you are trying to get into jazz, please consider this recommendation: Miles Davis, Round About Midnight.

Everybody likes jazz; they just might not know it. Especially in Holliday season. Any of the old standards, classic Hollywood musicals... those are jazz songs. The influence and legacy is everywhere. Even classic country-- Western swing, Willie Nelson, etc.

Don't like jazz in particular, but I do love me some second line jazz and dancing. And I like the jazz/zydeco music they play around Mardi Gras time.

If by jazz you mean real jazz like Louis Armstrong, Cyrus Chestnut, The Marsalis Family, Louis Prima, Vince Guaraldi, Dave Brubeck, Harry Connick Jr., Benny Goodman and Ahmad Jamal, then yes I like jazz.

Country used to be pretty good. Now it's just songs about drunk Hicks at the beach. Or, if you're Taylor Swift, confessing your love on the first date and crying about how he got scared away.

I love smooth, contemporary jazz. Boney James, Kenny G, Najee, Cindy Bradley, Mindi Abair, Brain Culbertson, Euge Groove, Chris Botti.. I could go on all day. My iPod is full of smooth jazz! It keeps me mellowed out. :)

Jazz seems to ramble a bit too much for me. Listening to jazz, I get the impression that individuals are more in synch with themselves, than they are with the band their playing with. When a jazz song finally concludes, I end up saying something like, "WTF?", but then I'm just glad it's over.????

Sheriboo agree. Of all the people I know the liberals are the least tolerant and hateful. I went to a party and listened to this guy trash talk about the right and than got into this tirade about a certain race, I had to to step in and shut him down. Being a libertarian I don't get it.
