Scenario: Joe Smith lost family on 9/11, in the Middle East, San Bernardino and Florida. Joe is terrified of Muslims. Some come to his home by mistaken address. He sees the long garb/head gear, in fear of his life he shoots and kills. Murder or PTSD.
