Do you think that states should have term limits on Governorships? If a Governor has a proven tactic of making that state better, shouldn't he/she be allowed to run again, and let the people decide whether to elect he/she again?
Texas doesn't, which has made Gov. Perry so great. If you have 4-8 years of bad politics, and you can only serve 1-2 terms it's hard fixing the problems.
In Kansas you can serve 2 terms, then must wait out for a term, then you can run again.
