The former police chief of Sanford FL was fired because he refused to arrest Zimmerman, citing the law and his ability to do so. The new police chief supported the arrest. The former was white. The new police chief is black. Coincidence?
Who fired him? The mayor, governor?
I think he has some splainin to do.
The former chief should sue the city.
Odd why this question is rated 50%. Seems that function is and always has been a "do you agree p" function
So now that Zimmerman was found not guilty does the former police chief have a grounds for a civil suit against the department? Good poll question?
No matter how much we wish it to be, racism is not dead in this country.
If refusal to arrest Zimmerman was the only reason that he was fired, then he needs to file suit for wrongful termination. And I hope he wins, big time!
As for the new police chief, there are a lot of stupid, anti-self-defense police chiefs in our country.
Sheriffs usually have a brain in their heads though.
Well, Sanford, I think SOMEONE deserves their job back...
