I'm a west coaster for life. I generally hate people and like my privacy/open spaces. New York is cool to visit but unless your Donald triumph its not what it's all cracked up to be. Keep your public transportation, I love my ride.

Never been to NYC, but I have been to LA. I love it, but maybe because I spent most of my time in Pasadena...

Ah-mazing!! Just got back a couple hours ago. Pictures coming eventually. It was so gorgeous, I doubt the pictures will do it justice. Any news on your sweet kitty?

I think she is gone for good. She was so frail all she wanted me to do was hold for the last week or so. She even let the kids I take care of come over and chatter. She almost wanted to lay on my chin she wanted be as close to my face as possible.

Such a sweety. Our cat did that a few years ago. Just animal instinct to be alone at the end. It's hard on us humans, it hurts without closure.

I've lived both places and I'm in LA now, wish I could afford to be bicoastal, I just love NY in the Fall. Back to LA for the winter :-)

I would go back to New York in a second if it was more affordable.

What's wrong with L.A.? I love it here!

Happy you do (: I can enjoy the areas around it, but, as I grow older, I'm definitely more into smaller areas. Also, that whole "traffic" concept is foreign to me. We do drive over there often, but I have never been introduced to the right parts of

You can get the girl out of the east coast, but you can't get the east coast out of the girl! I think that's how it goes...either way NY it is!

You're giving us a choice between hell and purgatory. I guess I'll take purgatory out west.

I think I'd rather live almost anywhere else than LA. Hardly matters what you put in the other answer slot.

Why don't you like Los Angeles?

Start with the fact that I don't drive. I'm sure I could find a niche somewhere there, if I absolutely had to, but it would never be a willing choice.

I'm with you, Susan. That place is hell on wheels.

How could you like Los Angeles? Lol. The areas surrounding it are much more enjoyable, if anything else.

Of course the three worst traffic cities in the country are LA, New York, and Seattle.

Yes traffic here sucks but I am not in the heart of it, a little more north and closer to the beach.

As long as your not in the heart of it, the outer areas are nicer for sure.
