Texas passed its abortion bill, a federal judge will stop the bill in it's tracks. Is this the federal government protecting Texans, or oppressing Texans?

If only Texas would have stayed out of the civil war and followed Sam Houston's advise. If only Pickett's charge would have worked one hundred and fifty rears ago. Maybe if we stuck by the articles of confederation. We wouldn't have rule by courts.

Federal law should not supersede the states authority
